1.walking on eggshells - to be very careful about what you say and do with a person or in  a situation
2. a chicken - someone who is afraid of something
3. crack up - go crazy
4. don't count your chickens be fore they hatch - wait until you actually have something before you say it is yours
5. a nest egg - money that you have saved for the future
6. get cracking - hury up
7. running around like a chicken with its head cut off - to be very busy
8. don't put all your eggs in one basket - don't put all your money or effort into one thing
9. egg on your face - to look foolish
10. crack me up - make me laugh

  1. These idioms are very interesting ! Some of them are same as in China.For example, we also say " don't put all your eggs in one basket " to express "don't put all your money or effort into one thing".If someone who is afraid of something,we say “ He/She is a mouse”. "walking on thinice" is same as "walking on eggshells" etc.
